Father's Day Kick Off - Making him feel like a king!

Thanks to those who joined our Coffee Party! I'll be talking more about that during the week ahead of us! For now I will just let some pictures speak for themselves... this is what I made for hubby and he was thrilled.... He's been a little stressed out lately so I must confess I wasn't even thinking about Father's Day just yet... I just wanted him to have a nice relaxing and VERY DELICIOUS evening at home! so I prepared some stuff that I know he loves!

For dinner, chicken tacos

Later at night some nice, fresh spread just for the two of us! (Notice the heart shaped "Boursin spread"?)

Watching something light and funny on TV, talking and enjoying the food

During the day I made these for him, I wanted to make something colorful and cheerful!

Believe it or not there was still room for dessert so he had a cupcake and a cup of coffee

He was sooo happy and that  made me happy too! Nice way to start "Father's Day Weekend" don't you think? I'll be posting the recipes for "Chicken Tacos" and "Chocolate Cupcakes" soon!

Hi Melinda! Welcome to "The Coffee Shop" I hope you like what you see here! I wish you could come over ... I wish so many people could join us here so I guess that's part of why I share recipes... I'd like to think of it like I am sharing my food with all of you! :)

What a sweet thing. Everything looks yummy.

I'd love to know what kind of crackers those are. I'm kind of a sucker for good crackers.

Stopping by from SITS. Have a great weekend.
